ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING
With over three decades of exposure to state-of-the-art technology in planning and designing of power generation, transmission and distribution systems, DCE has developed an efficient team of mature and dynamic professionals, fully equipped to take on new and challenging assignments in this field. The expertise of our team in hydel power engineering encompasses concept development & feasibility studies, detailed design and engineering, procurement, inspection, testing, construction supervision / project management, start-up and commissioning of power generating plants.
The Electrical Engineering Division of DCE also provide services for all facets of implementation of various building projects, which interalia includes feasibility studies, planning, design, preparation of bidding documents, evaluation of bids for award of contracts, supervision of construction/installation, testing & commissioning of the projects, assessment of the contractor’s claims, settlement of disputes between the Contractors & Clients, and post construction services.

FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING

DCE was formed in 1982, and the Finance and Accounting Division was created in the same year. This Division is not just a service division but is directly involved in the project management activities of the Company. MEHCANICAL ENGINEERING
The Mechanical Division has emerged from a small Section to a full-fledged division since inception of DCE in 1982.
